Dandong Shanyang Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in 2018 and began production in March 2021. The company covers an area of approximately 53,000 square meters, with a first-phase construction area exceeding 20,000 square meters and a total investment of 70 million yuan. It is equipped with over 200 sets of production and testing equipment, achieving an annual production capacity of more than 10,000 tons. The company currently employs over 120 staff members, including 12 dedicated technical personnel and 15 with college degrees or higher.

The company has the following functional departments: Technical Department, Quality Department, Safety Engineering Management Department, Human Resources and Administration Department, Finance Department, Production Department, Marketing Department, Procurement Department, and Production Workshop.

The wax pattern manufacturing employs a multi-station fully automatic wax injection machine, while the coating process features a complete production automation line. Melting and pouring utilize advanced domestic medium-frequency induction furnace equipment, equipped with comprehensive physical and chemical analysis devices such as spectrometers and tensile testing machines, along with thorough environmental protection and safety facilities.

Our company is fully equipped with environmental protection and safety facilities, including a total of 16 sets of environmental treatment equipment. Environmental protection is a fundamental national policy in China, closely related to the well-being of the people and the national economy. We employ filter-type dust collectors, which are devices that separate and capture dust from gas streams by passing them through filtration materials. These are highly efficient dry-type dust removal systems, where dust particles are captured within the filtration material, achieving effective purification of exhaust gases, dust, and smoke.

In the entire production process, we achieve closed-loop utilization of casting materials, recycling, cost savings, and value creation. For solid waste such as scrap shells and waste sand generated during the sand cleaning and casting removal processes, our company has signed disposal agreements with relevant parties for regular clearance. This ensures effective control and management of solid waste like scrap shells and waste sand, preventing environmental pollution from landfilling and incineration while efficiently saving storage space and minimizing environmental damage.
